The still

Our forty-gallon copper pot still was built by hand in Kentucky and shipped west in the back of a truck. It runs two days a week, on grain grown within a hundred miles.

We take long cuts, use no additives and bottle in small runs. Every batch has a number on the label, and you're welcome to ask what went into it.

If it isn't grain, water, yeast or time, it doesn't go in the bottle.

The gin tastes like the mountains smell. I bought three bottles and I'm already thinking about a fourth.
